At RASAE, we take care at every stage of creation and fulfilment to ensure each piece meets the intended standards of quality and finish.
Each piece is thoughtfully made to order or in limited runs. Returns or exchanges are not offered for item(s) delivered in perfect condition. Support is extended in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect delivery.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellation requests received after this window cannot be accommodated.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the event of damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) being delivered. Any such concern must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with clear supporting images.
Approved item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact. We are open to providing a full refund or re-fulfilling your order in this scenario.
Only one pickup attempt will be arranged upon approval of a return or exchange. If the pickup attempt is unsuccessful, the item(s) must be returned independently using a trackable courier service.
Refunds are not applicable in cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided, multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier partner, or refusal of the package by the recipient.
We offer store credit that is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, applicable only on full-priced products, and cannot be refunded or converted back to the original payment method.
Any discounts, promotional benefits, or free shipping applied at the time of purchase may be deducted from the final refund or credit amount.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable prior to dispatch, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
